Let's see, I drink green tea, eat lingonberry preserves, and low fat yogut. Meals are balanced and my colesterol has never been higher than 169, Yet I have blocked arteries non calcified. What does my cardiologist and Nurologist say? Its hereditary. So now I will try this oligosaccharides.Where does one get it? Seems interesting. After all I have no problem wanting to reach the ripe old age of 100.
