Crime Report: Man Arrested for Z-Pita Theft

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Mark Bond, 25, from Port Jefferson Station, was arrested on Nov. 9 at 10 p.m. on the corner of Main Street and Sheep Pasture Road in Port Jefferson and charged with disorderly conduct. He was allegedly yelling obscene language and urinating in public.

Daniel Martins, 27, from Floral Park, was arrested in Port Jefferson on Nov. 6 and charged with fourth degree criminal possession of stolen property. He allegedly had a stolen credit card and drivers license.

Rafael Caba, 51, from Port Jefferson Station, was arrested on Nov. 10 at 5:20 p.m. and charged with second degree failure to disclose original recording, allegedly for bootleg CDs.

Masood Mirza, 40, from Coram was arrested on Nov. 10 at 4600 Route 347 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with second degree failure to disclose original recording, allegedly for bootleg CDs.

Jasmine Lopez, 33, from Mastic Beach, was arrested on Nov. 9 at the intersection of Hallock Ave. and Union Ave. in Port Jefferson Station. She was charged with first degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle with ten or more suspensions.

Julio Aguilar, 55, from Port Jefferson Station, was arrested on Nov. 8 at 12:39 p.m. near Hallock Ave. and Route 112 in Port Jefferson Station. He was charged with third degree assault with intent to cause physical injury for allegedly punching someone in the face.

Mario Mendez, 45, from Coram was arrested in Port Jefferson Station on Nov. 6 at 10:40 a.m. and charged with third degree criminal possession of a weapon. He was allegedly carrying a switchblade and a firearm.

Matthew Kurovics, 31 from Port Jefferson Station was arrested on Nov. 8 and charged with petty larceny. He allegedly stole money from a cash register at Z-Pita on Main Street in Port Jefferson.
