Crime Report: Man Found with Hypodermic Instrument
The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Scott Loeser, 18, of Rocky Point, was arrested Jan. 6 and charged with three counts of second degree possession of forged instruments. He allegedly filled prescriptions that were stolen from a doctor's office.
Daniel Fisk, 20, of Port Jefferson, was arrested Jan. 6 at about 4:30 p.m. and charged with third degree criminal mischief. He was on Chambers Street in Setauket when he allegedly struck a Honda with a baseball bat.
Ronald Cinquemani, 32, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested Jan. 6 at about 4:30 p.m. and charged with possession of a hypodermic instrument. He was found on Joseph Court in Farmingville in the seat of a 2003 Toyota reportedly in possession of the instruments.
Abdelkader Barka, 18, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested Jan. 9 at about 12:10 p.m. and charged with petty larceny. He allegedly took a sweatshirt and other clothes from 15 College Plaza in Selden without paying for them.
