What would you like to see take shape on 104 Main Street?

The former bar at 104 Main Street has been vacant for quite some time. The boarded up windows (some of which are broken as well) and ripped up awning makes the vacant property an eyesore. 

Despite receiving the foot traffic of the nearby train station, the property has had numerous tenants over the years without any of them demonstrating staying power. Even the office building directly south of it has been boarded up.
