Katherine Ferraro Appointed Manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Mt. Sinai Regional Office
Katherine Ferraro has been appointed manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Mt. Sinai Regional office. In her new role, Ferraro will drive the success of 32 sales associates while managing the day-to-day operations of the sales office.

Ferraro has more than 13 years of residential real estate experience. Most recently an associate real estate broker in Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Smithtown Regional office, she has been a consistently successful top producer and Previews Property Specialist.

A member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Long Island Board of Realtors®, the LeTip professional leads organization, and the National Association of Professional Women, Ferraro has achieved the Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Residential Short Sale Professional (RSSP) designations. She is also active in her community, notably with Pet Peeves and Long Island Cares, as well as the Dead Dog Beach Project in Puerto Rico.
