New Fall Prix Fixe at Graceful Rose
Graceful Rose is serving a new four-course fall prix fixe menu. It will be offered all day Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, and from 4 to 5 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Cost is $40 per person, plus tax and gratuity, and includes one carafe of wine. Menu is as follows:
First Course
House Salad
Mesclun greens, shaved radish, heirloom tomatoes and carrots wrapped in cucumber
Harbor Crab Cakes
Pan seared jumbo lump crabmeat served on a bed of corn love with cucumber slaw and chipotle-orange sauce

Thai Calamari
Lightly fried and tossed with grilled pineapple and scallions in a sweet chili sauce topped with sesame seeds
Grandma Rose’s Mini Meatballs
Housemade meatballs with frizzled onions and light tomato ragout on brioche roll

Penne Pomodoro
Traditional tomato and basil sauce
Penne Mushroom
Sautéed mushrooms and fresh herbs in a brandy cream sauce
Third Course
Short Ribs Barolo
Five-hour braised tender beef in a red wine demi-glace
Branzino
Pan roasted filet of Mediterranean striped bass, baby artichokes, mixed olives and roasted bliss potatoes with a lemon, white wine sauce
Guinness Skirt Steak
Lightly grilled and topped with stout beer sauce served with fried buttermilk onions
Salmon Lahanna
Roasted Norwegian filet topped with a cucumber dill beurre blanc sauce
