Blogger: Data Shows Local Real Estate Market on the Upswing
Median closing price of homes in Suffolk up by 4.8 percent in December over previous year.
Local Real Estate Agent and Patch Blogger Jolie Powell recently posted encouraging news for homeowners in Suffolk County.
"Suffolk County reported a closed median price of $314,500 in December representing a 4.8% gain over last December," Powell wrote.
