Take a Breath for the Christmas Season

We invite you to take your shoes off and let your hair down in the midst of the holiday hustle and bustle. Come hang out at Mt. Sinai's Congregational Church in our sanctuary.

Bring your favorite camping chair and a comfy pillow if you want. Just show up for yourself however you’re most comfortable.

Prepare to take some deep breaths, have a few laughs and cry a few tears, perhaps, as you light some candles and listen to Lisa Lally and Rev. Elaine Kirkland sing and pray with you. Give yourself this gift of an hour in which you might let go of some of the burdens you’re carrying and open yourself to God’s healing love.
