Heart candies, heart shaped valentines and chocolate hearts are everywhere this time of year, but the heart that should be getting your undivided attention everyday is the one in your chest that works 24/7 to power your body and fuel your internal system. The program is made up of genealogy, local history and heritage programs. Winter says that since its inception in September, attendance for Heritage programs has been immense and continues to increase.

The tradition of starting off the new year with positive intensions seems as traditional as the champagne toast at midnight. If you are like most people those resolutions were forgotten or abandoned in the first half of January. This happens not because people don't want to improve their situations or themselves, it happens because making life changes takes some preparations and planning.
