PHOTOS: Some Trick-or-Treaters Find Safe Streets
Area residents found places to enjoy a traditional Halloween.
In parts of the area, crowds of trick-or-treaters were out terrorizing neighborhoods, collecting candy and forgetting all about Hurricane Sandy for a few hours on Halloween in safe neighborhoods, free of debris and danger.
