What: Suffolk County Legislator Kara Hahn and the New York Blood Center are teaming up to save lives this Summer by hosting a blood drive at the Port Jefferson Village Center, 101-A East Broadway, Port Jefferson. The Blood Center will mail two New York Mets tickets to each donor in appreciation of the commitment to saving lives.

What: See the work of three Long Island artists, Jo-Ann Corretti, Sally Anne Keller and Marlene Bezich, displayed at the Village Center.

What: A free concert hosted by Port Jefferson village. Bring your lawn chairs and refreshments and enjoy an evening performance free for the whole community. This week's music is by Who Dat Loungers, a New Orleans style band.

What: Every Thursday evening enjoy outdoor Children's performances. This week is comedy with a magic touch.

What: See the group started by four teenage boys in a Brooklyn basement 40 years ago that spawned hits like "Tonight" from the Broadway musical West Side Story, "She Cried," "Only in America," and "This Magic Moment."

What: Theatre Three will be showing a production of Princess and the Pea, fun for the whole family.

What: Amber Ferrari will be performing "Joplin’s Pearl Rock the Legends of Rock" as a part of Theatre Three's Summer Concert Series. Ferrari is a powerhouse and during the first half of her show she will perform the music of both men and women of Rock, as well as her original music. The second half of her show is dedicated to the legendary Janis Joplin.

What: Friday Night Face Off is a short form, competitive, audience interactive improv comedy show. Beer, wine and other refreshments served. Please note recommended for audiences 16 and up due to adult content.

What: Port Jefferson Volunteer Ambulance is hosting a free community CPR class for anyone who wants to learn CPR and is not a healthcare provider. This course does not offer a completion card but participants will receive a certificate of completion. Performers include, Andrew Gabriel, Hazel Moon, Last Charge of the Light Horse and Sunrise Skyline. In the event of rain, the concert will be held in the Parish center with a delayed start of 7 p.m.
