Terryville Fire Department Toy Drive
When/Where: Terryville Fire Department Office, Saturday at 10 a.m.
What: Help provide much-needed assistance to the victims of this super storm this holiday season. The Terryville Fire Department’s Engine Company 2, will hold its 6th Annual Toy Drive onDec. 8 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Station #2 on Old Town Road and Terryville Road in Port Jefferson Station. Please join by donating an unwrapped toy and receive a free picture with Santa and Mrs. Claus. There will be activities for kids and refreshments will be served.
“Santa Paws” at Castaways
When/Where: Castaways, Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
What: For a $10 donation, pet owners and their families can bring their pets to Castaways on Dec. 8 - 9 to have their picture taken with Santa. A professional photographer will be on hand to take the family portraits. You may have your picture taken with your pet and/or children. You will receive a 5x7-inch print the same day.
Celebrate the Holidays with the Maritime Explorium
When/Where: Saturday and Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m.
What: Kids can create a gift from nature for someone special.
Complimentary Wine Tasting & Cheese Pairing
When/Where: Vine 2 Wine, Saturday from 3 - 6 p.m.
What: Vine 2 Wine will be hosting a complimentary wine tasting featuring Domaine Antugnac Pinot Noir 2011 as well as Trimbach Gewurtztraminer 2009.
Karaoke
When/Where: The Village Way, Saturday at 10 p.m.
What: Every Saturday night join your friends or make news ones at the Village Way for Karaoke. The show starts at 10 p.m., but come early and enjoy some dinner and drinks.
