Shelter Animal of the Week: Meet Penney
Penney is a large black lab mix who has been professionally trained and know his commands down to the tee.
Like many animals with black fur, Penney has often been passed by at the shelter. This black laborador retriever/pit bull mix at of Port Jefferson Station is a special boy in that he has been professionally trained and knows all of his commands, making him easy to handle for his next owner. He is only a few years old, but is large, making it all the more important that he is trained. Penney is affectionate, and would love to accompany his new owner on evening walks or in doing chores around the house.
Penney is neutered, housetrained, and up-to-date with his routine shots.
