Shelter Pet of the Week: Meet Oliver

Oliver is a six year old beagle looking for a new home and yard to sniff and explore.

Make your family a little bigger by adopting Oliver, a beagle at of Port Jefferson Station.

Oliver is a small six-year-old whose former family had to release him to the shelter because they could no longer care for him. He is looking for a new family without any other dogs, and one with a nice backyard with a secure fence to keep him from wandering away. Beagles love to sniff and explore – even if it is just around the house. Oliver can also make a great family pet, as he gets along with children and older folks.

Oliver is housetrained, neutered, and up-to-date with his routine shots.
