We found a photo of the residence at 116 East Broadway taken by Arthur S. Greene sometime in the early 20th century in the historical archives on Port Jefferson village's official website and compared it to the property that stands in its place today.
According to a caption with the old photo pictured in the scene are Lila Boydstun and her mother, Nettie Powell.
