Capt. Eric Huner, of Captain Fish of Port Jefferson, had one story to tell this week of a 10-year-old landing a 20-pound striped bass during a recent charter – and the video to prove it.
During a four-hour trip, Huner posted on his Patch blog, Jack Hutch ended up getting a big bass to bite and fought it like a "formidable warrior." With a hand from the captain, the striper was reeled in, and at the end of the video, the young angler gets to grin from ear to ear with his catch of the day.
