Cramped and kinked residents will soon have a new place to get a massage with the soon to be opened Hand and Stone Facial Spa in Stony Brook. The spa, which specializes in all phases of massage therapy, skin care and full body waxing, is slated to open around Thanksgiving.

Airobic' Exercise Classes Start At Air Trampoline Sports

Air Trampoline Sports, the trampoline park that opened in Ronkonkoma in September, is adding fitness classes to its mix of jumping, dodgeball and volleyball. According to the park'sFacebook Page, their "Airobics" classes with Team Extreme are Tuesday's and Thursdays starting this week, taking place at 10 a.m.-11 a.m., 5 p.m.-6 p.m. and junior classes 4 p.m.-5 p.m.

Deer Crashes Through Patchogue Restaurant's Window

Frank Mills, co-owner of Harbor Crab Company Restaurant and Marina in Patchogue, thought that his restaurant might be robbed when he received a call Thursday morning stating that the front window of his restaurant was smashed.

Upon arrival from his home in Blue Point, he discovered the intruder to be a deer that was being held captive by two of his employees, who according to a Newsday report, had to wrestle the animal to the ground and tie it with an electrical cord.
