CEO Exits Catholic Health Services of LI
Former Long Island health system chief spent eight months on the job.
Catholic Health Services of Long Island has replaced president and CEO Lawrence McManus after eight months on the job, according to media reports.
McManus was appointed to the position in April 2012, succeeding Richard Sullivan, Jr. Sullivan Jr., 62, returns to CHS as president and CEO.
CHS provided no reason for McManus' departure, according to ModernHealthcare.com.

Catholic Health Services of Long Island is a five-hospital system based in Rockville Centre. Its hospital network includes:
- St. Charles Hospital in Port Jefferson
- Mercy Medical Center in Rockville Centre
- St. Francis Hospital in Roslyn
- St. Joseph Hospital in Bethpage
- Good Samaritan Hospital in West Islip
