Chicken Burrito at Salsa Salsa is Yummy Yummy

The Dish: Mesquite Grilled Chicken Burrito ($6.95)

What's Inside: Grilled chicken, brown rice, black beans, jack and cheddar cheeses and salsa fresca all tightly rolled into a warm flower tortilla.

How's it taste: Like we said in the headline: Yummy Yummy. When you get this burrito delivered on a silver plate it’s wrapped so neat and tight you could probably play two quarters of football with it and then chow down at halftime.

Slice or bite into the tortilla wrap and inside it's like opening up a whole world of Mexican cuisine you never guessed was there. The blackbeans, brown rice and cheeses melt over the grilled chicken for a perfect blend of gushy goodness.

There are three points we’d like to make. First, you might think is that it’s spicy. Well, it’s not. Second, you might think is it’s fattening. Well, it can be. But you can take out the sour cream and knock the caloric intake down a notch. (Try eating half and taking the other half home or better yet, share one with a friend.) Third, it’s rather healthy when you think of some of the alternative meals out there.

It's also not for the faint of heart because this monster of a burrito will probably ruin your supper if you do eat it all by yourself. (And you will be tempted to, we promise.) But if you skipped breakfast, have a hankering for some Mexican food, want something served up rather quick and puts a whole host of yummy on your plate then this is the dish for you.

Sides: Get some tortilla chips ($1.50) to break things up a bit and scoop up the stuff that falls out while you’re eating it.
