Complimentary Wine Tasting

Once in a lifetime, wine from a great estate becomes availabe to wine enthusiasts around the world; Cascina Roccalini Barbaresco "Roccalini" is one of those wines.  Back in the early 90's, a famous winemaker named Bruno Giacosa's signature wines were Barolo and Barbaresco.  For many years Giacosa brought fruit for his Barbaresco which sell for hundreds and hundreds of dollars.

Since 1990, his main source of wine came exclusively from the Veglio family which own one of the single greatest crus of Barbaresco today. In 2005, the Veglio family started to make Barbaresco for themselves with the help of Giacosa's enologist. All of the grapes are farmed using traditional cellar work.

On Friday June 15 from 5 to 8 p.m. this wine will be availabe to taste here at the store at no charge.
