COMPLIMENTARY WINE TASTING

First is a 2007 Sant Elena pinot grigio which flows from the glass with layers of intense, perfumed fruit. Roses and crushed flowers of all sorts linger on the textured finish. Next, we have Anne Pichon Peripherique 2008 is a blend of 55% syrah, 40% old grenache and 5% old carigan from some of the best-exposed vineyards harvested at optimum times.  It is an intense and complex wine with aromas of little cooked fruit, pepper, chocolate, and toasted coffee, ending in a smooth finish with silky tannins. All wines are paired with cheese from the new C'est Cheese shop in Port Jefferson, New York.  ENJOY!!!
