Complimentary Wine Tasting
We will be tasting 2 wines. The first is Puntapays Mendoza Malbec 2010 is considerably, but not excessively oaked, but the red fruit accents come through more perceptibly. The required care to keep the quality present as a premise is expressed by a great balance between the fruit notes and those of the wood. This wine has outstanding structural complexity. Graffito Malbec 2009 is deep and bright in color that evokes its name. Ethereal rose petal incense and spicy perfume with a bass note of smoky earth and espresso. Juicy and medium-bodied. It expands and intensifies in the mouth, gaining density and complexity as it is savored. The palate balances red currant fruit and hints of black pepper with loads of mouth coating ripe tannins that are common in old vine Malbecs.
Cheers!
