WAVE Seafood Kitchen Plays Cupid This Valentine's Day Weekend

WAVE Seafood Kitchen at Danfords Hotel & Marina (25 East Broadway, Port Jefferson, NY 11777 [631] 928-5200 www.dansfords.com) celebrates Valentine’s Day with a special four-course menu designed to set the romantic mood for couples for $89 per person Saturday, February 11 through Tuesday, February 14.  Valentine’s Day highlights include a live jazz duo playing from 6 to 10 p.m., a complimentary champagne toast with dinner and a complimentary chocolate covered strawberry for each guest to end the dinner.  The menu, created by Executive Chef Jonathan Levine includes four courses plus an amuse bouche and is as follows:
