Forget About Getting Milk at This Drive-Through Dairy Store

If you’re in a rush and need a carton of milk or a loaf of bread, the drive-through dairy store is good alternative to convenience stores. The closed down D&M Drive-Thru Dairy Store on Route 112 across the street from has been on the market for more than three months, according to the real estate agent’s website.

It’s also advertised as being recently renovated and upgraded with new electric and walk-in cooler. Suggested uses from the agent are a drive up Starbucks or Checkers. Coffee might be a good idea since it’s on the way to the Port Jefferson train station on a busy road.

The 600 square food building sits on a 40 by 100 foot lot and goes for $349,000. Taxes are about $10,192.
