Next-Door Spaces in Upper Port Available for Rent [Empty in Port Jeff]

Two commercial spaces next-door to each other on Main Street are up for rent.

A pair of commercial properties next-door to one another are waiting for tenants after one former business moved on and another business owner hopes for someone to take his place.

Portside Printing is still in business – has been for over 20 years – but the company is looking to scale down and the building owner and company owner is seeking someone to take its place.

"It's too big for me," said owner Mike Tsivitis, who added that he's hoping to scale down into eventual retirement.

Located at 1522 Main St., the commercial space measures about 1,500 square feet and according to its real estate listing online, sees a daily traffic count of 19,000. Rent is $1,250.

Just next door, south of Portside, the space formerly housing the Gallery of Pop Culture – a secondhand shop filled with hidden treasures mostly found at community yard sales – is up for rent as well.
