Refacing at Terryville Plaza to Continue Through Early Fall

Nesconset Shopping Center, hosting Home Goods, Five Guys and other shops, is currently undergoing a refacing.

Shoppers may have noticed recently some refacing work being done at the Nesconset Shopping Center on Route 347 in Terryville.

But the bucket trucks shouldn't be in the way of Home Goods, Five Guys Burgers & Fries and Dollar Tree for too long, according to a company spokesperson, as the work should be done by early fall.

The plaza is owned by Brixmor – according to Bloomberg News, the country's second-largest shopping center landlord – and because of the fact that the company has filed for an initial public offering, the spokeswoman said, few details were offered.
