What Was the Name of This Restaurant?

Familiar building has only been a few businesses in more than 100 years.

Most locals and frequent visitors will recognize the white facade on this buidling but do you know its history?

Recently closed, the site is set to reoopen in the fall under a new name. It's not the first time. This building served as a furniture and undertaking business from the 1800s until the late 20th century. Then around 1977 it was remoded and opened as a very different type of business, a restaurant. This photo was taken during that rennovation.

Can you guess the original business that was in this Port Jefferson village location? What was the name of the restaurant that opened there after it was rennovated in 1977?
