Best Places to Sled in Port Jefferson?

We asked, you told us. So here are some of the best places to head out sledding on Tuesday.

With the local school districts off again on Tuesday, and the weather looking a little better than Monday, for those who can travel around safely, it's a little safer to dust off those sleds, get the snowsuits on, and find the best spot in town to go sledding.

A few days after the big snowfall, there is still plenty left; area snowfall totals, according to the National Weather Service, measured over two feet. For those who can't get enough of the white stuff, exact unofficial totals measured 25.5 inches in Port Jefferson and 26 inches in Mt. Sinai.
