Historic Belle Terre Home Sings to be Sold

A restored 1918 house for sale was once home to an opera star.

An exclusive to Jolie Powell Real Estate, built in 1918 has been renovated to include a newly expanded wing with energy efficient low emission windows, radiant heat, blown insulation in the entire home, that reduces energy costs by up to 20 percent, .

According to this newspaper article wishing her a Happy Birthday in July, 1983 her name was Eleanor Steber and she used to perform at the Metropolitan Opera House.
