The Long Island Rail Road temporarily suspended service along the Port Jefferson line on Saturday.
LIRR announced that it will suspend service from Huntington to Port Jefferson along the Port Jefferson line due to weather-related signal problems. There is no alternative transportation being offered at this time.
Passangers looking to travel to the Greenlawn, Northport, Kings Park, Smithtown, St. James, Stony Brook and Port Jefferson stops will be affected.
