Complimentary Wine Tasting & Cheese Pairing

On Saturday, December 8, from 3-6pm, Vine 2 Wine will be hosting a complimentary wine tasting featuring Domaine Antugnac Pinot Noir 2011 as well as Trimbach Gewurtztraminer 2009. The Pinot Noir rich and complex, with great ripe red fruits flavored with layers of acidity and wood. Produced by two Burgundian growers, Jean-Luc Terrier and Christian Collovray, it has a good resemblance to Burgundy in its finesse and complexity. The gewurtztraminer is bright pale gold. The fruitiest and the spiciest of the varietals - a unique wine with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, lychee and rose petals. It is is rich, intense, luscious and well balanced with a dry, spicy finish. Its dry personality makes it ideal as an aperitif and it is a fine accompaniment for fish or seasoned meats, spicy and exotic dishes, soft cheeses, and a plethora of desserts. Stop in for a taste!
