Complimentary Wine Tasting & Cheese Pairing

Vine 2 Wine is proud to host a complimentary wine tasting and cheese pairing on Saturday, January 12 from 3-6pm. This wine tasting will include Bohigas Brut Reserva Cava NV in addition to Hayfork Lewelling Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon 2009. The cava is a white sparkling blend from Spain that has a straw yellow color accompanied by golden hues. Aromas of apples and pears with some bakery notes in the nose are accompanied by a wonderfully persistent carbonation. The cabernet is a bold, juicy wine bursting with blackberries and blueberries, flowers and mint, all of which build to the effortless, textured finish. It shows gorgeous balance in an overt, forward style best suited for drinking over the near and mid term. This vintage is 97% Cabernet Sauvignon with 3% Merlot and spent 19 months in French Oak. This promises to be a delightful pairing.
