a solid:  Explore the physics of phase
transitions while making your own batch of ice cream!



The Maritime Explorium is open from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday.  Batches of ice cream will be made at 2 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
