Though there is a home for sale in Belle Terre with a price tage nearing one million dollars, most of the houses showing are for those with more modest budgets, and even include a steal of a condominium in Port Jefferson Station that is listed for $189,999.  

If you are shopping for style and love Victorians, there are many in Port Jefferson, Port Jefferson Station, and Mount Sinai to explore this weekend.
