As many of you know I spent the last two days with our friend Alex Lubarsky at the Navel Expo. If you did not attend - mark your calendars for next year - May and November and watch for notices.

The presenters were incredible - difficult to decide where to spend each hour. The New "Richard Linchitz Cancer Free Mastermind" on Saturday was a tease and made you come back on Sunday for the day.

My draw for the Saturday event was Fred Eichorn of the National Cancer Research Foundation and his product "cellect" that I have always heard the wonders of.

But then I met the others, some I had no information on.

Dr. Sollazzo, Aging Alternatives, right here is Smithtown, so open with his treatments options - combining traditional and alternative therapies... Never heard of Chemo Sensitivity Testing and the lab in Texas - Caris.

Then there was Sylvie Beljanski & John Hall speaking of "Rauwolfia & Pao Extracts" .

Joyce O'Brien with her incredible own survival story.

Our good friend Dr. Karen Barbosa, breast surgeon - who tops Dr. Phil in telling it 'like it is'. Kudos Dr. Barbosa for being the only one to talk about exercise during treatment and recovery.

And more....on Saturday - then there was Sunday....

Of course I repeated some of the same 'extended' presentations - was hypnotized by Dr. Kazi Anam and learned how to achieve self hypnotism.

Learned of a wonderful organic restaurant in Hicksville "West East Bistro."

And saw the incredible transformation of Dr. Jeffry Life - from unhealthy at 59 to superstar at 75...you've seen him in ads - abs cut to perfection.
