The closer we get to Tuesday with so many areas still without power (and of course, the latest development, the looming gas shortage) the more realistic it is becoming that the designated polling sites many NOT have power restored (or folks might be conserving every drop of gas they've got to go to/fro work)....
Is there a backup plan for the polling sites?...Romney or Obama, will we even get an opportunity to cast our votes?....(yeah, yeah, I know NY a blue state, no real reason to vote, but I do think it's our priviledge / duty)....
