Attention all Port Jefferson Free Library Patrons- Thompson Street Repaving Information

To all Port Jefferson Free Library Patrons:

Please be aware that Thompson Street is scheduled for repaving Tuesday, July 16- Thursday, July 18.  Parking on Thompson may be limited or unavailable during the daytime.  Every effort is being made to minimize any inconvenience and allow access to the Library lot when possible.  The sidewalks and Library entrance will be available at all times.  

Parking fees will be suspended for Library Patrons who park in the Gap and Traders Cove lots during construction hours ONLY (until 4pm).  Non-residents may park in these lots while residents should park in the Village lot as usual.

 Please note: normal parking regulations are in effect after 4:00 PM. Tickets will be issued in the evening.  As always, Port Jefferson Village stickers are still required to park in the Village lots.
