Access the New York Times online through the Port Jefferson Free Library!

Looking for the the solution to last Saturday's crossword, or the movie review you forgot to read, or the editorial you meant to save? You can access the New York Times free of charge through "Live Library" on the Port Jefferson Free Library homepage.  The "Live-brary" link is on the right side of the library homepage. The graphics may vary, but it always says "Live-brary". Sign in using your library barcode and password.

Once you arrive on the "Live-brary" homepage click the "Research" link and using the green tabs on the top of the page sort listings using "Databases A to Z". Just scroll down to the N's and click on the link "New York Times 1980-present" and type in the article title or part of the title into the search box and the results will be displayed
