The Port Jefferson Free Library will be hosting a Community Service Fair on February 2, 2013 from 12pm to 4pm. Learn how you can be more involved in your community!
The Port Jefferson Free Library is hosting a Community Service Fair on Saturday February 2, 2013 from 12pm until 4pm. It will be held in the Meeting Room on the lower level of the Library. All are welcome to attend. The Fair is hosted by the Teen Department due to the fact that many schools, religious groups, and honor societies require community service from candidates and/or graduates. All the organizations represented accept adult as well as teen volunteers. Prospective teen volunteers and their families will be able to meet representatives from over a dozen local service organizations. Here is the list of attendees:
