Brookhaven Highway Dept plowing

Please TOB Highway - do you check the credentials, or the ability to actually use the plow, for the private contractors hired? We have a total idiot assigned to our street on School Dr., PJS that does not know how to use the plow - the road is bumpy from his inability to control the plow, he pushes the snow right to the end of the road and leaves it there - so you have to drive over this large hump of snow to get to the main road. And of course, he pushes the snow into the driveways - I know I know they all plow the snow and it ends up at the apron - but this guy actually pushes the snow up into the apron not just at the edge. Almost as if on purpose. Come on Mr. LoSquadro, we appreciate that we are having our streets plowed but can you ensure they know what they are doing?
