There was no doubt in the days leading up to Election Day that Hurricane Sandy disrupted political campaigns. But now that it has passed, do you think the signs should be removed immediately, or do you feel there are there more pressing priorities in light of the storm?
Bill Faulk, a representative for Brookhaven town supervisor-elect Ed Romaine, said the campaign staff has plans to remove the signs as soon as possible. "We've asked our campaign volunteers to retrieve all outstanding signs and either return them to HQ or keep them at home," he said. "Our effort to remove them began the day after Election Day."
