Please help send Jack Cloonan to the Super Bowl!

PLEASE take a moment to help send my very brave friend, Jack Cloonan, to this year's Super Bowl through the "NFL Together We Make Football" contest. All you need to do is watch this very short video and "LIKE" it in order to cast your vote for Jack. Only 20 years old, but he has fought for his life with great courage, faith and his always present sense of humor. He has endured THREE LIVER TRANSPLANTS, LEUKEMIA and multiple other life threatening illnesses. Through it all, he never gave up and neither did his wonderful family.
