Select Choir Helps Bring Nature Home

On Nov. 2, the Edna Louise Spear Elementary School select choir performed at the Village of Port Jefferson's sixth annual Go Green Festival. Led by music teachers Jessica Pastor and Lisa Scrom, the students sang as guests perused various vendor booths and workshops, all with the theme of “Bringing Nature Home.” Earl L. Vandermeulen High School studio art students in Lynne Edsall’s classes provided stunning visuals with their artwork, which was on display in the Village Center. This is the third year that Port Jefferson students have participated in the festival.
