Cops: 2 Men Who Robbed a Drive-Through Convenience Store Still on the Loose

Police are asking anyone with information on an August burglary of The Barn in Selden to call in.

A drive-through convenience store in Selden was burglarized back in August and now police are seeking the public’s help in apprehending the criminals.

On Aug. 18, two white males broke into The Barn on Middle Country Road in Selden through a sliding glass door and helped themselves to a huge cache of cigars, cigarette lighters and several beverages, according to a statement released by police on Monday.

One of the men is described as a white male in his late teens or early twenties. He was wearing a Boston Celtics Rondo #9 jersey and a Fighting Irish hat. He wore a black band on his right wrist, white sneakers and carried a backpack.

The other man appeared to be in his early twenties and had light skin, short dark hair and dark chin hair. He was wearing a tee shirt and carried a backpack.

Police are asking anyone with information about this crime to call Crime Stoppers anonymously at (800) 220-TIPS.  All calls will be kept confidential. Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
