Cops: Man Found on Clinton Avenue School Grounds Hospitalized
According to police, a 35 to 40-year-old man was found around on the grounds of Clinton Avenue Elementary School around midnight on Wednesday with a head wound.
A man was hospitalized and placed in serious condition early Wednesday night after Suffolk County Police said he was found with a head injury on the grounds of in Port Jefferson Station.
Suffolk Police said the man, believed to be 35 to 40 years old, was found at 12:01 a.m. on Wednesday by school security. He was transported to Stony Brook University Medical Center.
Superintendent Joseph Rella did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The man was reported to have been found naked, though Suffolk Police said they could not confirm.
It was not immediately clear how the man was injured. Police said on Thursday they are still investigating the incident.
