Suffolk police have arrested a Coram man whom they say burglarized three homes in Mt. Sinai.

Giuseppe Mule, 24, was arrested May 16 after a homeowner reportedly interrupted a burglary on Gardenia Road in Mt. Sinai. Police said Mule also burglarized a home on Mt. Sinai-Coram Road on May 15 by breaking a back door and window; he allegedly stole a Nikon camera, an iPhone and a necklace. They said he also broke into a home on Chelsea Drive on May 16 but did not take anything.

Mule faces a total of seven felony burglary charges. According to court records, he was held on $140,000 cash bail or $280,000 bond, and is being represented by a legal aid attorney. He was due back in court Wednesday.
