Crime Report: Two Arrested for Selling Narcotics

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Dominic Infanzon, 18, from Port Jefferson Station, was arrested on Nov. 26 and charged with fourth degree criminal mischief. He allegedly broke the windshield of a 2002 Nissan on Estates Drive.

Robert Campbell, 44, from Port Jefferson, was arrested on Nov. 26 on a bench warrant.

Rene Alvarez, 31, from Port Jefferson, was arrested on Nov. 28 at about 3:10 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct: obstructing traffic. He allegedly walked into oncoming motor vehicle traffic on Jayne Blvd. in Port Jefferson Station, obstructing traffic.

Kyle Dwyer, 24, from Port Jefferson, was arrested on Nov. 29 at about 10:42 p.m. and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was reportedly found on Route 347 in Port Jefferson Station.

Robert Steffens, 24, from Centereach, was arrested on Nov. 29 at about 10:40 p.m. and charged with fifth degree criminal possession of stolen property. He was found in Port Jefferson Station allegedly in possession of stolen tools.

Christian Fernandez, 48, from Port Jefferson Station, was arrested on Nov. 30 on Crown Street and charged with first degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, second degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, second degree criminal possession of a weapon: loaded firearm, and fourth degree criminal possession of stolen property: firearms.

Christopher Saluzzi, 21, from Port Jefferson Station, was arrested on Nov. 30 and charged with leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident. He was driving a 1984 GMC when he allegedly sideswiped 2000 Chevy Cavalier and left scene without exchanging information.

Richard Bartley, 51, an undomiciled man was arrested on Nov. 30 on Terryville Road in Port Jefferson Station and charged with a second offense violation of the sex offender registry.

Andwii Nunez, 31, from Port Jefferson Station was arrested on Nov. 30 at about 5:30 p.m. and charged with second degree criminal sale of a controlled substance: one-half ounce of a narcotic drug.

Richard Batista, 33, from Port Jefferson Station, was arrested on Nov. 30 at about 4:30 p.m. near the intersection of Route 112 and Bicycle Path. He was charged with first degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, two counts of second degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, and criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Rafael Vicente, 21, from Corona, was arrested on Nov. 30 at about 7:30 p.m. on Crown Street in Port Jefferson. He was charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. 

William Keenan, 46, from Patchogue, was arrested on Dec. 1 on Jayne Blvd. in Port Jefferson Station and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He reportedly has 18 revocations from eight different dates.
