Crime Report: Altercation between customers, Stolen Condensers, and Stolen Items

A blotter of the latest arrests and incidents in Port Jefferson

Suffolk County Police Department Sixth Precinct reported these incidental arrests in Port Jefferson and Port Jefferson Station during Dec. 18—26: 

Marek Adamski, 33, of Port Jefferson Station was arrested Dec. 22 in Selden and charged with 2nd degree harassment.  Reports state Adamski was in a waiting room at an unknown location and got into an altercation. 

Christopher Delrio, 19, of Port Jefferson Station was arrested Dec. 19 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with criminal mischief.  Reports state Delrio dented and scratched a 1999 Jeep.

Marissa Kovalovsky, 17, of Port Jefferson Station was arrested Dec. 18 in Selden and charged with criminal mischief. 

Anthony Desaro, 22, of Center Moriches, was arrested Dec. 18 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with third degree grand larceny.  Reports state Desaro stole condensers from air conditioner units located at 5, 8 and 10 Medical Drive in Port Jefferson Station.

Sergio Hernandezfrijoles, 18, of Port Jefferson Station was arrested Dec. 18 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with 2nd degree harassment.  Reports state Hernandezfrijoles attempted to buy drugs from someone. 

Joseph Moore, 57, of Port Jefferson Station was arrested Dec. 18 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with petit larceny.  Reports state Moore stole razors and pens from Pathmark and stoel tools from Sears hardware located in the same shopping center in Port Jefferson Station. 

 None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed above. They are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  If any of the above charges have been acquitted, in order for removal from publication, one must write the writer and provide proof of dismissal.
