Crime Report: Homeless Woman Trespasses at Danfords

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Deborah Mojeda, 29, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested Dec. 8 at about 3:05 p.m. and charged with third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance: narcotic drug.

Daniel Diaz, 19, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested Dec. 8 at about 9:20 p.m. and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. He was found near the intersection of Route 112 and Oakland Ave allegedly in possession of the drug.

Christina Garabedian, 19, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested Dec. 9 and charged with two counts of fourth degree grand larceny. She allegedly took wallets and credit cards.

Larry Brian, 27, of Selden, was arrested Dec. 11 and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was stopped on Norton Ave. in Port Jefferson Station in a 2007 Pontiac G6 when police allegedly found presecription pills without a prescription.

Charles Paciullo, 25, of Coram, was arrested Dec. 11 and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was in the rear passenger seat with Brian, allegedly in possession of cocaine.

Corey Wilson, Jr., 18, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested Dec. 11 at about 12:10 a.m. and charged with third degree criminal possession of stolen property. He was reportedly at North Coleman Road Elementary School in Centereach with an allegedly stolen 2001 Kawasaki.

Danielle Lionetti, 26, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested Dec. 12 at about 2:44 a.m. and charged with fourth degree criminal mischief. She allegedly damaged part of her building.

A 17-year-old minor, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested Dec. 12 and charged with fourth degree grand larceny: credit cards. The arrest comes from a Nov. 22 incident where she allegedly took credit cards and gas cards out of a locker at Comsewogue High School.

Jonathan Bergami, 27, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested Dec. 12 at about 1:42 p.m. and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was in the parking lot of the Walgreens on Route 25 in Selden in a 2002 Suzuki when police reportedly found prescription pills without a prescription.

Stacey Lipka, 39, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested Dec. 12 at about 1:42 p.m. and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was in the vehicle with Bergami.

Victoria Naplesagostino, 50, a homeless woman, was arrested Dec. 13 at about 11:40 p.m. and charged with third degree criminal trespassing. She allegedly entered a hotel room at without paying.

Anthony Miccio, 31, of Selden, was arrested Dec. 14 at about 2:47 p.m. and charged with third degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was stopped northbound on Terryville Road in Port Jefferson Station in a 2005 Ford when police allegedly found prescription pills that Miccio did not have a prescription for.

Christopher Laterza, 21, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested Dec. 14 at about 2 p.m. and charged with second degree burglary. He allegedly entered a Mastic Beach house through a bedroom window and stole property.
