Crime Report: Not So Smart Trespasser Arrested at Smarty Pants Preschool

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.

Suffolk County Police Department Sixth Precinct reported these incidental arrests in Port Jefferson and Port Jefferson Station during May 30-June 6:

Ryan Boudreau, 33, of Wading River was arrested June 5 in Port Jefferson and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Boudreau was arrested for possession of cocaine on Route 112 south of Prospect Street.    

Anthony Neff, 46, of Center Moriches was arrested June 2 in Port Jefferson and charged with trespassing. Neff was arrested for trespassing at the Smarty Pants Preschool at approximately 7:55 a.m.

Jessica Mendola, 30, of Port Jefferson Station was arrested June 6 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with operation a motor vehicle without interlock. Mendola was arrested for not wearing an interlock device.    

Christopher O’Sullivan, 45, of Port Jefferson Station was arrested June 5 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with first degree criminal contempt. O’Sullivan was arrested for violating an order of protection.

Kurt Andrew Bornemann, 51, of Port Jefferson Station was arrested June 2 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with DWI. Bornemann was arrested for operating a 2011 Honda while intoxicated on 148 Davis Avenue, at approximately 12:35 a.m.
